This is the Windrift Puppy Inquiry Form, it is NOT an agreement to purchase a dog or puppy. More questions may follow, including a phone interview and personal reference check. We try to place every puppy in the right home and the information you provide will be used solely for this purpose and held in strict confidence. We will use this to match a dog to your lifestyle, your situation, and your expectations, which is in the best interest for both you and the puppy.
